Gary Kirsten - Coach for Indian Cricket team

According to BCCI officials Gary Kirsten has agreed to coach India. The formalities will be cleared in next two days. The initial contract will for two years and can be extended upto next world cup in 2011.

Kirsten played 101 Tests and 185 one-day internationals for South Africa in an 11-year career that ended in 2004.

The names of another South African cricket star, former skipper Kepler Wessels, and the high-profile Australian John Buchanan had also been considered, but the 40-year-old Kirsten eventually got the nod.

3500 Olymics and counting in China

There are around 3500 Olympics so far before the official Olympics of 2008. Chinese parents are naming their newborns in the honor of the Olympics in 2008.

Now that's typical Chinese, probably every weird thing has some following in China. It's classic example of how China culturally bastardizes itself. Maoist legacy has ruthlessly wiped all the accumulated antiquity of chinese culture to bring it to the materialistic world of this time.

Hyundai's new Small car : i10


Hyundai motors launched a new small car named i10. This car adds one more contender in already crowded small cars segment like Maruti Alto, Maruti 800, Maruti Wagnor, Chevrolet Spark, Hyundai's very own Santro etc.,

The specs of new car similar to Santro, but company says it is not replacing Santro with i10. Probably Santro will be pushed down price wise as i10 prices starts above 3 lakh.
