Monsoon arrives in Mumbai

Finally the rains are here, it was too hot during last few weeks after the torrential rains lashed the city and passed away silently leaving it altogether to the burning sun. Although temperature scales just below 35 degree Celsius in Mumbai, humidity factor makes it worst feeling like 40 degree Celsius plus.

Hopefully this year BMC has done it's homework correctly and there is no water logging on train paths and roads in low laying areas.

I love rains, I love trekking in rains and and I am planning to make a small trek in Borivali National park in coming weeks. That will be really refreshing.
